“Lauren has been an inspiration to me. She has guided me through the wonders of piano for a little over 8 months. I have not only gained a new love for piano but I have also gained confidence. Lauren taught me that piano was an outlet, you should never give up, & strive to be the best version of yourself. She has taught me so much and we have learned together through the history of piano. I have done piano since I was 7, I am now 15, I have never really enjoyed piano until Lauren was my teacher. She wanted to make sure we did what I would enjoy. She would always tell me that she would never want to give her students a piece they didn’t enjoy, a piece you don’t enjoy, is a piece you don’t practice. Lauren’s goal is to guide you to love, enjoy, and better at piano. That’s simply all Lauren wants. When she sees me give up on a piece, she doesn’t give up on me, she pushes me because she knows I have the ability and wants to uncover that. She will expose talents to you that you thought were impossible.”
